Thank you for your interest in our publication, the Central Coast Dental Society Signature. This bi-monthly publication reaches over 250 dentists in a wide geographic area including all cities in San Luis Obispo County and the cities of Santa Maria and Guadalupe in Santa Barbara County.
The Signature is published six times a year (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, and Dec) and represents the official source of information as directed by our Board of Directors. Its contents are for the sole purpose of providing timely and useful reports, updates, calendar events, personals and classifieds. The scope of the Signature includes professional as well as business interests.
Below you will find the costs and other details of advertising. Please understand that in order to maintain a quality publication, certain requirements must be considered.
PUBLICATION DETAILS:
- Frequency: Bi-Monthly Publication (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, and Dec)
- Circulation – 250+
- Sent to many practicing dentists in the Central Coast region, to allied health care professionals & subscribers.
- Trim Size: 8.375 x 11
- Artwork Format: JPG
- E-mail transmission is preferred to ccds@charter.net.
- If artwork is not in the proper proportion to fit our publication requirements, the editor reserves the right to change the border (border only) to allow for a clean appearance.
- The editor shall retain editorial control and the ability to accept or reject any advertisement.
SCHEDULE & PRODUCTION DEADLINES:
- The Signature is published six times a year (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, and Dec.)
- Art must be received by the 20th of the month preceding the publication.

A 10% discount is given for placing an ad in all six issues of the Signature.
